Your most important task? To create good flow.

As Production Manager you will be a central part of the daily operation and development of our production.

You must of course ensure that quality, delivery and planning work. But equally important is that you can bring people together and motivate them.

Here many different personalities and professional backgrounds work together. Therefore we are looking for a visible and present leader who can communicate with people, build trust and get the team to work in the same direction. You know that good production flow is not only about processes.

It’s also about people.

Your tasks will include

• Lead and motivate the employees in production
• Ensure good flow and an efficient day-to-day
• Work with quality, delivery and continuous improvements
• Optimize processes and workflows
• Create structure and overview
• Be visible and present in production
• Actively contribute to the development of Elfac

You have technical understanding – and people matter to you

You may come from a position such as production manager, foreman, team leader or similar. The most important is not your title.

The most important is that you have experience from production and understand what it takes to create a well-functioning flow.

You have technical understanding and perhaps flair for the craft. At the same time you want to work with people and are motivated to develop both employees and production.
