Production Operator for Day Shift

At McBride we produce quality cleaning products for households and businesses for all of Europe. Do you want to become the next McBridian? We are therefore looking for an operator for our day shift at our factory in Hammel.

You optimize the production line together with your team

In the role, your main tasks will be to set up, operate and monitor your production line in collaboration with your team. In addition, your tasks will include, among other things, the following:

• Find items for production
• Order raw materials
• Perform quality checks
• Cleaning of the production line.

There will also be some ad hoc tasks. Here it is important that you are ready to take on whatever comes and help your colleagues with the practical tasks and projects in production.

Your background is not the most important factor for success in the job

It is an advantage if you have experience from a similar job as an industrial operator, process operator or equivalent. This is however not decisive, as we provide you with full training in the tasks. The most important is your interest in the tasks and your willingness to get to know them.

We work together to ensure that our production line runs as smoothly as possible. This includes reducing waste, ensuring high quality, and that safety is always top.
