Production worker for night shift in Give

Do you thrive with night shifts, and do you like a workday where you take responsibility, work practically and can see that your effort makes a difference for the rest of the production?

We are looking for a stable and responsible production employee for a permanent night shift with our partner in Give.

Your most important task will be to prepare the production for the next day. When the day shift comes in, the molds, equipment and work areas must be ready so production can start without unnecessary stops.

Therefore it is an important function in the production and a job for you who can work independently, take responsibility and enjoy practical tasks. You will also become part of a night shift where you depend on each other and hand over a proper piece of work to the next shift.

The position is especially suitable for you who have already chosen night work and thrive with the fixed rhythm, the calm and the responsibility that comes with it.

What you will do

• Preparation and handling of molds and mold equipment
• Setting up molds for the upcoming production
• Practical tasks around the daily production
• Ensuring that work areas and equipment are ready for the day shift
• Contribute to order and structure in the production
• Work with a focus on safety and quality throughout the entire night shift.

We value

• You preferably have experience from production, industry or similar work
• You are practically minded and eager to get involved
• You can work independently and keep an overview of your tasks
• You take responsibility and ensure that the work is done properly
• You work in a structured way and have respect for the safety around you
• You are stable and thrive with working fixed at night.

Experience from concrete production is an advantage, but the most important thing is that you come with the right attitude and are used to working in a production environment.

What the company offers

• A fixed position on the night shift with a clear responsibility, where your effort is important for the next day's production to get off to a good start
• An independent workday with fixed frameworks, where there is trust that you take responsibility for your tasks and complete them properly
• An active production job with varied practical tasks, where you do not stand with the same task all night
• A good collaboration with your colleagues on the night shift, while there is room to work independently
• A workplace focused on quality, safety and order, where there are high demands that the production is handed over ready for the next shift.
