Production workers for day shift in Give

Would you like to work in production, but prefer a workday that starts a little later? Here you get fixed working hours from 10:00 to 18:00, practical tasks and an important role in completing the production.

We are looking for stable and quality‑conscious production workers for our partner in Give.

You will become part of a fixed team working on the final part of production. A substantial part of the job consists of grinding and finishing concrete elements, where the aim is to ensure the correct surface and a proper final result.

This is a good job for someone who likes physical and practical work and is motivated by seeing the results of their effort. You don't necessarily need experience from the concrete industry. The most important is that you work steadily, learn quickly, and care about delivering good quality.

What you will do

• Grinding and finishing of concrete elements as part of the daily production
• Inspection and completion of surfaces so that the elements meet the required quality standards
• Practical tasks related to casting, preparation and the further production
• Cooperation with colleagues to maintain a good and stable workflow throughout the workday
• Keep the work area tidy and work safely with equipment and materials.

What we emphasize

• You are practically oriented and thrive in active work
• You work thoroughly and have an eye for the quality of the finished result
• You can work independently, but also function well as part of a team
• You are reliable, punctual and take responsibility for your tasks
• Experience from production, concrete or construction is an advantage but not required
• You want to learn the tasks properly and become more skilled along the way.

The company offers

• Fixed working hours from 10:00 to 18:00, which provides a different rhythm than many traditional production jobs
• A practical job with tangible results, where your work directly impacts the quality of the finished elements
• Thorough training in tasks and workflows, so you are well integrated into both the production and the quality requirements
• A permanent place on a production team where people help each other and work together to successfully complete the day's production
• A workplace focused on quality and safety, where there is emphasis on doing the work properly.
