Production workers (student job) – help develop the future sustainable building materials

Do you want to be involved in rethinking the boards we build and make furniture from?

At Hyphen, boards are developed that can replace traditional particle boards and MDF – and at the same time are compostable, biodegradable, forest-friendly and carbon-sequestering.

Hyphen is now recruiting 2-3 production workers for 15-20 hours per person per week, who want to get their hands dirty with the materials and help build the material industry of the future.

Who are you?

• You are ready to get your hands dirty.

• You have a sense of humor – things don’t always go as planned, and we laugh about it together.
• You can work independently and thrive on having the responsibility that things get done.
• You may be a marine engineer, an engineer, or a biology student.
• You thrive in a company where things are constantly evolving.
• You enjoy listening to a podcast while you work.
• You like the idea of making a difference while earning money in your account.

About the Job

• Working hours – 15:00-23:00 on weekdays (15-20 hours per week – perfect as a student job!)
• Start date 1 November 2026
• Work location is Viby J – there is a bus from Aarhus C.
• Production of boards – with all that entails, e.g., cleanup after production and unforeseen tasks in a development organization.
• After about 4 p.m., you are the one who drives the production forward. That means you must be able to work independently, maintain an overview, and take initiative when something unexpected arises.

• We are a group with youthful energy, sawdust under our nails and hearts in the right place – but in this job you must also be able to thrive with your own tasks and your own responsibility.
• Moccamaster coffee and sports soda in a bottle – on the house.
• Some days it’s a bit noisy. Some days it’s warm. But the atmosphere is good – every day!
