Production workers wanted at Hilton Foods A/S – earn well with only a few working days

For Hilton Foods in Hasselager we are seeking production workers for food production. Here you will be part of a modern production where foods are packed and packaged for Danish supermarkets – and where pace, quality and teamwork are an important part of everyday life.

The job can be relevant for you who want occasional shifts/part-time, and for you who want full-time with a fixed work schedule.

Lidt about the tasks

You will become part of the production at Hilton Foods, where you will work with packing, packaging and preparation of food. The work takes place on production lines, where everyone has an important role in ensuring that the products are packed correctly, on time and in the right quality. Your tasks can include, among others:

• Packing and packaging of foods
• Working at the production line
• Operation of simple production equipment
• Quality control, labeling and packaging
• Cleanup, order and compliance with hygiene rules

You will receive the necessary training, so you do not need to have prior experience in food production, as long as you can show up reliably, work carefully and want to be part of a busy production environment.

Working hours and days and a little about you

There is a possibility to work on the day shift at 05:30–17:00.

There can be both single shifts/part-time or full-time, where you join a fixed work schedule. On the day shift you work long shifts, but you also have several consecutive days off, and that gives you the opportunity to earn a good salary in a few working days. You are offered proper conditions and good pay according to the NNF agreement.

Note, that the day shift reports in already at 05:30, which is before the city buses normally run. Therefore it is a clear advantage if you have your own car or another reliable transport option to work in Hasselager (or live within cycling distance).

We are looking for you who are reliable, responsible and ready to get started. You do not need to have experience from food production, but it is important that you thrive with fixed routines, pace and collaboration. We expect that you:

• can show up reliably – even early in the morning
• are thorough and quality-conscious
• can work in a cool production environment
• can follow instructions and hygiene rules
• can work both independently and as part of a team
• can speak, read and understand Danish
• have a positive attitude and a desire to learn the job

Experience from production, warehousing, packing, kitchen, cleaning, retail or foods is an advantage but not a requirement.
