Product and CSR Coordinator - bisgaard (Aarhus)

At bisgaard we are looking for a product and CSR coordinator who can keep track of the details and help get new collections from concept to store shelves.

You will work closely with our designer, suppliers, developers in production countries and our purchasing team.

This is a role for someone who loves the creative universe around children's shoes and is also motivated by structure, coordination and delivering a good product from idea to finished shoe.

Dine opgaver As a product and CSR coordinator you will be an important part of the entire product development process. You will among other things work with:

• Development of our collections in close collaboration with our design team.
• Preparation and coordination of collection specifications with our suppliers
• Receiving, unpacking and handling of samples – upfront, proto, SMS, fitting and photo samples
• Creation and maintenance of master data, including items, measurements and components
• Follow-up on fitting samples and ensuring the process progresses
• Follow-up on photo samples
• Coordination of SMS samples
• Preparation of product descriptions and briefing to our copywriter
• CSR tasks related to product and product development

You follow up on samples, specifications and product data so that the collections move securely from development to production.

• Har du erfaring med Business Central (BC), er det en fordel
• Er struktureret og detaljeorienteret og kan holde overblikket, selv når der er mange deadlines og processer i gang samtidig
• Trives med at koordinere og følge op – også når mange forskellige samarbejdspartnere er involveret
• Er stærk i samarbejdet og kommunikerer professionelt med både designere, leverandører, udviklere og indkøb
• Har lyst til at arbejde tæt sammen med leverandører og kolleger i produktionslandene
• Har en naturlig interesse for kvalitet, materialer, pasform og produktdetaljer
• Tager ansvar for dine opgaver og følger dem helt til dørs
• Har interesse for CSR og ansvarlig produktudvikling
• Er komfortabel med at arbejde på tværs af både kreative og administrative opgaver

You don’t need to master everything from day one. The most important thing is that you have an interest in the product, work in a structured way and want to learn and develop together with us.

Et job med både kreativitet og struktur At bisgaard you are involved from the first samples until the shoes are ready for sale.

You will have a broad contact surface and a daily life where no two days are necessarily the same. Some days are about details in a specification or a fit, others about coordinating with a supplier, samples in the showroom or sparring with design and purchasing.

The job entails about 15–20 travel days per year, giving you the opportunity to get close to our production and suppliers.

Tæt samarbejde om kollektionerne You work with design and purchasing in Aarhus and maintain ongoing contact with suppliers and developers in the production countries.

Together you closely follow the collections and ensure that the shoes meet the requirements for quality, fit and design.
