Production Coordinator

For the construction company P.H. Jensen we are seeking a Production Coordinator who is passionate about planning and ensuring things come together in a cohesive whole. The position involves a good, broad and challenging portfolio of tasks including scheduling, coordination, quality assurance, finalizing cases and sewer work, etc. You report to the Technical Manager.

About the position

As Production Coordinator you will have a broad and versatile key role in a small team of 3 colleagues, where work is done closely together on the tasks. In the position you will need your professionalism and expertise in coordination and planning of solid foundation projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are planned and arranged with the most optimal course, that materials are on site on time and to follow up and brainstorm with construction managers.

You will get to come very close to the decisions and the close collaboration both within the company and with the good fixed customers at P.H. Jensen.

You can expect to be responsible for the following tasks

• Production and machine coordination
• Scheduling, updating production at several different construction sites
• Finalizing authority and sewer cases
• Daily follow-up with the clients' site managers with time management etc.
• Quality assurance through DALUX as well as photographic documentation in Fotodok
• Requesting drawings from customers
• Prepare earth settings for the digging crew
• Handle inquiries from customers via email and phone, always in a professional manner and ensure follow-up
• Prepare additional foundation offers
• Invoicing and general case management and archiving

We envisage the following

You have a degree as Building Constructor or similar and have experience with planning and coordination from the contractor sector. You are welcome to bring this background:

• Knowledge of earthworks and foundations.
• Experience as a Building Constructor, preferably as the responsible contractor.
• Crafts background e.g. as a mason, structural worker or other similar background.
• Knowledge in sewer work and perhaps trained sewer master would be a plus but not required.
• Strong IT competencies, used to working in Excel for planning and calculation etc. Also drafting in AutoCAD.

As a person you are structured, solution- and collaboration-oriented. It is important that you enjoy working in a small team, where you can work independently with your tasks and at the same time also be the one who looks after your colleagues and helps with other tasks.
