Production worker for manual soldering (THT/HMT) - Ballerup

Do you have experience with manual soldering and thrive in precision work in a professional electronics production? We are seeking a skilled HMT/THT production worker for (manual soldering) for a company in Ballerup, where quality, structure and collaboration are crucial for a stable and efficient production. You will become an important part of the production and work closely with small components/products, where high demands are placed on finish, documentation and consistent quality.

Your tasks

• Manual soldering (THT/HMT) and assembly of small components/products
• Desoldering, rework and repair under loupe/microscope
• Cable assembly (stripping, crimping, mounting) and smaller mechanical assembly tasks
• Contribute to organization of materials around the production area (5S/structure)
• Collaboration across production/warehouse to ensure flow, delivery and completion of orders
• Visual quality control of own and colleagues' solderings (e.g. in accordance with applicable standards)

Your profile

• You have documented experience as a production worker/electronics assembler with a focus on manual soldering
• You are strong in fine motor skills and can work steadily with small components for extended periods
• You are quality-conscious and detect defects before they are sent further in the process
• You master Danish in spoken and written form
• You are reliable, take responsibility and contribute positively to the team's pace and quality
• Knowledge of or certification in IPC standards (e.g., IPC-A-610/IPC J-STD) is an advantage but not a requirement

• Shift work: 06:00–14:00 and 10:00–18:00 (weekdays)
