About the job

We are looking for a professional coordinator who, together with the manager and staff, can help ensure and develop the professional quality at the Job and Activity Center Hørkær.

We are looking for you who are professionally curious, trust-building and have the courage to challenge professional reflection in a respectful and equal manner.

About the position

As a professional coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting and developing the pedagogical quality at Hørkær. The position is not just an office job . You must be visible in everyday life and have close contact with both citizens and staff. A part of the role thus also consists of direct citizen work, corresponding to approximately 7 hours per week .

We see the professional coordinator as someone who is close to practice and who can help translate professional knowledge into concrete pedagogical work. You must be able to take the lead when necessary, but also be able to step back and create room for staff's own reflections and professional perspectives.

You are motivated by creating good frameworks for both citizens and colleagues, and you thrive on being involved when new ideas need to be translated into practice.
