Professional coordinator for Jobcenter Struer

Then you may be our new Professional Coordinator at Jobcenter Struer. We are seeking a professional coordinator who can be a central team player in the continued development of our employment efforts. You will become a key person in the organization with responsibility for supporting high professional quality, ensuring coherence across teams and contributing to the implementation of new workflows, methods and reform initiatives.

As a professional coordinator you will be an important sparring partner for staff and management, and you will work closely with the center's other professional coordinator.

Your tasks

Professional quality

You contribute to ensuring a high professional standard in case handling and support a practice that is legal, holistic and employment-oriented. You will among other things:

• Follow up on professional standards, quality and results.
• Contribute to uniform practice and quality in decisions and interventions.
• Support the implementation of new legislation and new workflows.
• Translate new knowledge into practice.
• Provide professional sparring and guidance to staff.

Operations and coordination

You thrive in a role where structure, follow-up and implementation take center stage, and where an important part of the task is to translate and anchor decisions and new initiatives into daily practice. You will among other things:

• Assume a coordinating lead role around cases for flex jobs and early retirement, including meeting facilitation, coordination of multidisciplinary actors and ensuring progress from planning to decision
• Ensure coherence between teams, expertise areas and partners.
• Support common workflows and coordination forums.
• Contribute to an overview of capacity, priorities and task flow.

Development and implementation

We are in the midst of a substantial development of the employment sector, and you will have an important role in translating new ambitions into concrete practice. You will among other things:

• Drive and support development and implementation tasks.
• Plan and facilitate professional learning and development processes.
• Contribute to testing and implementing new methods.
• Ensure organizational learning and knowledge sharing.

Management support

You will become a close partner for the center director and department heads and will among other things:

• Contribute with professional presentations, analyses and decision bases.
• Support management in prioritization and implementation of decisions.
• Participate in the development of new initiatives and interventions.
• Contribute to follow-up on goals, results and quality.

• Have solid experience from the employment field.
• Have in-depth knowledge of the legislation in the area.
• Thrive in a role with both professional quality assurance, coordination and development.
• Can create followership through professionalism, relationships and dialogue.
• Work structurally and have a sense for both details and the whole.

It would be a particular advantage if you have experience with the efforts for jobseekers close to the labor market, including work with business-directed initiatives, job placement, education and upskilling measures as well as other employment-related solutions.

• Position: Full-time, 37 hours per week
• Start: As soon as possible or by agreement
• Salary and terms of employment: According to the applicable collective agreement and negotiation with the relevant professional organization
