Professional coordinator sought for a unique social-psychiatric residential facility

About the position

As a professional coordinator you will be a central part of the professional and administrative coordination at Skovsbovej 111. You report to the management and work closely with it, the team coordinators and other key persons.

Your main task is to create coherence between professional direction and practice and to support that Skovsbovej's core task and professional direction are translated into practice. You will help translate decisions and professional priorities into concrete practice and ensure that there is follow-up so that the professional direction is clear and coherent across teams and professions.

You will have a special role in the work with recovery-oriented rehabilitation and LA2. As the holder of the bridge you must support the implementation, anchoring and further development of LA2 and, together with management and colleagues, ensure that the method becomes a living part of the shared professional practice.

You must also support quality, systematic work and development in our professional work. This includes, among other things, work with outcome goals, documentation, VUM 2.0, Nexus, inspections as well as professional procedures and workflows.

An important part of the role is to create good conditions for professional sparring, learning and collaboration. You should be able to facilitate processes, create buy-in and support a culture where we give each other feedback and are curious about our practice.

Your tasks

You will among other things be responsible for

• Coordinating and supporting professional processes in close collaboration with management and team coordinators and ensuring structure, progress and follow-up
• Being the holder of LA2 and other relevant professional development areas and projects and supporting their implementation, anchoring and ongoing follow-up
• Supporting the work with citizens' outcome goals, progression and rehabilitation and ensuring coherence between goals, documentation and professional quality, including VUM 2.0 and Nexus
• Contributing to uniformity and coherence in professional practice across teams and professional groups
• Developing and quality-assuring workflows, procedures, intervention descriptions and annual plans
• Supporting follow-up on inspections and translating recommendations into concrete professional improvements
• Facilitating relevant meetings and professional processes and creating coherence between the house's different meeting forums
• Being responsible for organizing and structuring around internship periods and supporting a consistent and systematic follow-up culture
• Supporting collaboration with relatives and external partners as well as contributing to systematic approaches to, among other things, use of force, e-learning and substitutes
• Being a professional sparring partner for the management and ensuring that relevant knowledge about professional quality, development and practice is brought into management.

The role includes delegated decision-making authority within the agreed framework in relation to, among other things, professional processes, workflows, procedures, targets and implementation of agreed focus areas.

We are looking for someone who

Has a relevant professional bachelor education, for example as a social educator, nurse, social worker, occupational therapist or physiotherapist.

• Have experience from social psychiatry or a related social professional area and an understanding of people with psychiatric diagnoses and complex support needs
• Have strong professional competencies and can translate knowledge into practice
• Have knowledge of or interest in LA2 and recovery-oriented rehabilitation
• Work in a structured and systematic way and can create overview, progress and follow-up
• Have good organizational, coordinating and communicative skills
• Can see connections across professions, teams and organizational levels
• Can facilitate processes and create buy-in without having personnel responsibility
• Are curious, development-oriented and willing to challenge and qualify practice
• Can give and receive feedback and contribute to psychological safety
• Can work independently while also engaging closely and constructively in collaboration with management and colleagues.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of VUM 2.0 and Nexus. However, the most important is that you are eager and able to acquaint yourself with our professional foundation and help develop it together with us.

Salary and employment

Our new professional coordinator must be able to start on December 1, 2026. The position is 37 hours per week, and the working hours are initially during the daytime. However, there may be occasional working days during the year where the working hours are in the evening, on weekends or on holidays.

In Svendborg Municipality, the salary for this type of position typically lies between 36,710-55,655 DKK per month for full-time employment. The salary framework is calculated based on the salary levels for comparable occupational groups in the municipality, including occupational therapists, physiotherapists, social educators, nurses and social workers. The salary includes pension, special vacation allowance and fixed allowances. There may also be shift allowances and other special payments.

The specific salary will be determined on the basis of your education, experience, seniority and competencies and agreed upon in negotiation with the relevant professional organization. You will be employed under the applicable collective agreement.
