Then you may be the one we are looking for at Bostøtte Bargumsvej.

Bostøtte Bargumsvej is a young people service 18 - 40 years under §85 Adult Social Area in Tønder Municipality. We provide social-pedagogical support in the person’s own home/accommodation without overnight care, according to the Social Services Act §85. We provide support and document based on the intervention ordered by the authorities. The target group is citizens with autism and schizophrenia as well as low cognition with psychiatric overlays.

We work affirmatively and from a systemic approach, with a focus on recovery-oriented rehabilitation/management of one’s own life, and based on the fact that self- and shared decision-making is valued in working with the citizen, and that through focusing on the core task and co-creation we keep the citizen at the center of the intervention.

Working hours are currently between 7:30 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on weekdays, 9:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m. on weekends and holidays. Weekend shifts: 2 full and 1/2 on a 12-week period. We work in mixed shifts and 12-hour shifts.

The position is a fixed-term employment until 31 December 2027. Thereafter there may be an opportunity for a permanent position, which will be announced separately, and interested applicants should apply for that under normal terms. In accordance with applicable law the position is announced as a full-time position of 37 hours per week. If you prefer a lower number of hours, this can be agreed upon further.

Salary is set according to the Ny Løn principles and in accordance with the applicable collective agreement and local agreements. We would like to note that we will obtain a criminal record check before you are employed.

Salary range

• Social pedagogue 32,863 kr. - 37,424 kr.
• Social and Health Care Assistant 29,426 kr. - 34,717 kr.
• Pedagogical assistant 28,855 kr. - 31,678 kr.

Placement in the salary range depends on experience, competence and relevant education.
