Your role

You will become part of a strong operations team and take responsibility for a portfolio of customers and employees in Copenhagen and the surrounding area.

Your daily life will be a combination of time out with customers and administrative work, where you also receive sparring and professional development.

Your tasks

You will play a central role in ensuring stable operations and high quality

• Ensure delivery of agreed service – on time and in the right quality
• Build and maintain good customer relationships
• Recruit, train and develop employees
• Plan staffing and ensure coverage during absence
• Conduct digital quality checks and follow up on tasks
• Collaborate with supervisors and service leader assistant on daily operations
• Ensure balance in budgets and resource consumption
• Work in digital systems for planning, reporting and communication, including daily payroll registration

Who are you?

We imagine that you

• Have experience from the cleaning industry – e.g. as a service leader or supervisor
• Have knowledge of INSTA 800 (or willingness to learn it)
• Have experience with personnel management
• Work in a structured way and keep an overview in a busy daily life
• Are good at building relationships and communicating clearly
• Thrive with varying working hours
• Speak and write Danish and can communicate in English
• Are proficient with IT and digital tools
• Have a driving license and be able to present a criminal record
