Project Manager for Caverion High Voltage

Do you have a relevant electrotechnical education and a desire to take responsibility for both projects, people and safety?

For Caverion's overhead transmission and cable laying department, we are looking for a project manager who can combine overall project responsibility with the role of work leader.

A key part of the job is to help ensure a good working environment and a strong safety culture on the projects. You must be close to the execution, set the direction for the work and create good conditions for installers and foremen. At the same time you will handle all management of your projects from the initial calculations and offers to staffing, planning, execution, finances, quality assurance, documentation and closure.

You do not need many years of experience as a project manager. If you have the right electrotechnical background and a desire for more responsibility, the position may be your next natural step.

You will be responsible for the entire project.

You will, among other things, be

• Contribute to ensuring a good working environment and a strong safety culture
• Prepare calculations and offers
• Estimate time, staffing, materials and prices
• Plan and coordinate execution
• Ensure the right resources at the right time
• Be close to installers, foremen, customers and partners
• Follow up on progress and finances
• Ensure quality assurance and the necessary documentation
• Handle changes along the way
• Close the project technically and financially

In short: You follow the project from the first calculation to the final invoice – and are responsible for ensuring it is carried out safely, with the right quality and with control of the finances.

For the right candidate, the role can over time also develop to include personnel management.
