Project Manager for Customer Solutions in R&D

Therefore we are now seeking a customer-oriented project manager affiliated with our R&D department.

About the department

You will become part of our newly established Customer Solutions department, which today counts 6 dedicated employees. Here we share the responsibility for translating customer needs into successful solutions throughout the customer journey. We work closely with customers, sales, project management, development and production to ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and create real value. Our focus areas are customer insight, co-creation, project execution and long-term customer success.

Your tasks

As project manager in R&D you will have the overall responsibility to drive progress of our projects. In close collaboration with KAMs and Customer Solution Managers you will lead the projects from handover of the product specification, through prototypes, testing and certification and all the way to a successful New Product Introduction (NPI).

Your primary areas of responsibility include

• project management from start to finish with focus on customer value and delivery certainty
• coordination and collaboration across the organization to ensure progress
• management of scope, time, cost and quality to achieve the set goals
• customer contact where you become the customer's central contact person throughout the process
• contribution to the development of Eltwin's Customer Solutions and project function
• application of your technical knowledge of electronics development and production.

You report to the Head of Customer Solutions and ensure that projects are completed within the agreed frameworks – both financially and timewise.

There will be travel days in this position.

Your profile

We imagine that you have a technical education, preferably as electronics engineer, electronics technician or similar. In addition you have experience with project management in production or development departments and can maintain a solid overview of the entire process from idea to finished product.

You want to become part of an innovative and professionally strong organization, and you are able to listen, communicate and collaborate across the organization.

It is an advantage if you have knowledge of Stage Gate models and you are fluent in Danish and English in speech and writing
