About the position

We are seeking an experienced project manager with a strong background in in-house production, residential construction, and site development. You will be responsible for your own projects, ensuring that they are executed efficiently, financially, and with high quality.

You will become a key person in the organization and will work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients/landowners.

Your primary tasks

Leadership and management of projects from start to handover

Ensure progress, finances, and quality assurance on the projects.

Planning and follow-up on schedules, budgets and resources

Ensure proper execution of QA, measurements, and surveys.

Coordination of in-house production and subcontractors

Dialogue with customers, consultants and authorities

Identification and management of risks in the projects

Contribute to bid work and development of new projects

About you

You have solid experience as a project manager – preferably from the contracting/construction industry

You have documented experience with in-house production, residential construction, and site development

You are structured and strong in both financial and project management

You are a clear leader who can create overview and ensure progress

You are good at collaborating and communicating with all parties in the construction industry

You thrive with responsibility and can work independently
