Guldborgsund Forsyning is a modern utility group that supplies district heating and drinking water and ensures efficient drainage and treatment of wastewater. We are 55 committed employees, who together turnover about DKK 320 million annually and undertake investments and renovations of about DKK 90 million per year. Our Plan & Project team is based at Englandsvej 21 in Nykøbing Falster.

The team today consists, in addition to this position, of five construction managers, a project manager, two GIS employees, two project employees, and the team leader. There is access to a car, as there will be travel around to the different locations and in the local area.

Project Manager

As a project manager you will be responsible for driving and completing construction projects primarily within wastewater supply. The projects vary in size and complexity, from new plants to renovations of existing ones.

You will also work with green transition, NIS2, GDPR, the UN Sustainable Development Goals, procurement processes as well as legislation and framework conditions within wastewater supply – without needing to be an expert.

Your main tasks

You will have a varied everyday life, where you

• Are responsible for the execution of construction projects
• Prepare project descriptions and activity plans
• Establish and lead project work, create binding engagement and ensure progress in collaboration with the project's stakeholders
• Ensure that the projects are completed within the set frames for time, cost, benefit and risk
• Ensure that the project's scope and quality are delivered and documented in accordance with the project description
• Contribute to ongoing reporting of progress and any corrective actions

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have experience with project management within construction works or similar projects. You do not need to be an expert in the supply sector, but it is an advantage if you have knowledge of the industry.

It is essential that you have

• Willingness and desire to work as a project manager and take responsibility for projects
• Courage to develop yourself and contribute to the team's development
• Speak and write Danish, build relations and tailor your communication to whom you are talking to, and express yourself clearly in writing
• Driver's license
• Clean criminal record, which will be continuously background checked

Employment terms

Salary is based on qualifications, and employment is in accordance with the collective agreement between KL and Teknisk Landsforbund or IDA.
