Project Manager for Sensio Care

About the role

As a Project Manager at Sensio Care you will be responsible for driving implementation projects from start to finish.

You will lead projects including digital supervision and emergency call solutions – from planning and technical implementation to training, commissioning and follow-up with the customer.

You will be the link between customers, internal specialists, partners and other stakeholders and will play an important role in ensuring that the solutions create value from day one.

We are looking for a profile who thrives with both technology, project management and customer contact, and who is motivated by creating successful implementations and strong customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Drive projects independently from A to Z in accordance with Sensio's project model
• Hold kick-off meetings and establish relevant project and steering groups
• Prepare project plans in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders
• Ensure budget tracking and delivery within the agreed financial parameters
• Coordinate internal and external technical resources
• Configure and prepare solutions for implementation
• Conduct training and education of customers before go-live
• Follow up on implementations and ensure correct use of the solutions
• Provide advisory and support after commissioning
• Support the sales organization with technical clarifications, tenders and customer meetings
• Contribute to identifying new opportunities with existing customers

Qualifications

• Have several years of documented project management experience
• Have a good technical understanding and experience with IT and SaaS solutions
• Work in a structured and quality-conscious manner
• Are independent, responsible and proactive
• Have a natural service-oriented approach
• Thrive in dialogue with customers and partners
• Communicate fluently in Danish in both writing and speech
• Have a driving licence and own car

Experience from the consulting industry would be an advantage, just as familiarity with health, care or welfare technology solutions will strengthen your chances of succeeding in the role.
