Take technical responsibility for soil, concrete and sewerage contracts – from bids and planning to delivered project For Dansk Fundering we are seeking a strong project manager who will play a central role in the company's underpinning section. You will be responsible for both the technical and financial management of soil, concrete and sewerage contracts, from tender and calculation phase to execution, quality assurance (QA) and delivery.

The position is aimed at you who combine technical understanding with practical project management, and who is motivated by translating plans, calculations and professional assessments into well-run contracts on the construction site.

A technical key function in a developing department The underpinning section at Dansk Fundering is growing, and you will become a central actor in both planning and execution of contracts. You will have a broad technical role with responsibility for the whole process and act as the link between client, internal resources and the on-site execution.

You will work closely with clients, colleagues, foremen and hourly paid staff and focus on ensuring efficient and quality-assured solutions.

Your primary responsibilities

• Technical review of project materials and prerequisites
• Preparation of calculations and bids for pile contracts
• Planning of methods, resources and progress
• Management and follow-up on time, economy and quality
• Quality assurance, documentation and follow-up during execution
• Supervision of execution in collaboration with foremen and employees
• Delivery, final accounting and invoicing
• Leadership and coordination of hourly-paid staff

Your professional background You are a licensed sewerage master, possibly combined with another craft background or an education as a structural engineer, building designer or similar – and you have experience with contracts, preferably from road/rail or underpinning work.
