Due to growth and a large intake in the company's project portfolio, a newly created position is sought: a Project Manager for the company's location in Copenhagen.

Role contents

As Project Manager you will be responsible for personally carrying out the company's largest and most complex projects from the initial negotiations to the delivery of the finished project. As Project Manager you will form your team in collaboration with the nearest supervisor, so staffing and qualifications fit the concrete assignment.

Your primary areas of responsibility will be

• Project execution, where you are responsible for the cross-disciplinary disciplines
• Contract-, risk-, time- and financial management
• Possibly portfolio management
• Ensure professional handling of internal and external stakeholders in the projects
• Co-responsible for developing the business area, including contributing to the ongoing optimization of methods, tools and processes
• Use your strong network to further develop our good customer relationships and participate in ongoing sales activities

You are an experienced project manager and a sharp decision-maker

You are educated as an engineer, building designer or equivalent and may have complemented your education with a project management and/or an economic qualification.

You have solid experience (10+ years) with all aspects of project management from a role as project manager or senior project manager – and preferably with experience from another consultancy and from the construction site.

Professionally

• You have a solid understanding of building principles and are familiar with all cross-disciplinary disciplines within the construction industry
• You know the fundamental technical and legal concepts and codes and understand how to stay ahead
• A good knowledge of authority processes and legal considerations is an advantage
• You are an experienced user of Excel and project management systems
• You communicate well in Danish in writing and speaking – English is an advantage

• You have personal and professional impact, and you are a good sparring partner for the rest of the team
• You are focused on results, and you are quick to create an overview and act when something unexpected happens in your projects
