About the job

As a project manager at Pro-Automatic A/S you will have the responsibility for both people, resources and projects. You create the best framework for collaboration, well-being and professional development, while ensuring progress and efficiency in the department's project portfolio. You will have the daily management of the department's 17 project engineers and technical designers.

You will moreover be the link between sales, design, procurement and production, where you ensure that tasks are prioritized correctly and that resources are used optimally.

Your primary areas of responsibility

• daily management of the project department
• ensure high well-being, motivation and professional development
• allocation and prioritization of projects and tasks
• capacity planning and resource management
• ensure that projects are completed within agreed quality, time and budget
• management of risks and challenges in the project portfolio
• monitoring of project economics, time consumption and contribution margins
• ensure high delivery reliability to production
• contribute to ongoing optimization of processes and collaboration across the organization.

Your professional and personal qualifications

We imagine that you have a relevant technical education such as electrical engineer, electrical installer, marine engineer or equivalent. The important thing is that you have experience with electrical switchgear, distribution systems or control cabinets and preferably development of customer-specific cabinet solutions.

You also have solid experience with leadership and are motivated by achieving results through others. You thrive in a role where you must take responsibility for the department's employees, maintain technical engagement and prioritize resources relative to the overall deliverables.
