Are you the experienced project manager or project director who thrives on creating overview, ensuring progress and being the essential support behind large contracting projects?

Do you want to use your project expertise to support some of the industry's most capable project managers and project directors? And are you motivated by ensuring structure, follow-up and quality in complex construction projects from start to finish?

At Bravida Enterprise East we are establishing a new support function to strengthen our projects throughout the entire project lifecycle. We therefore seek an experienced Project Supporter who can become a permanent sparring partner for our project managers and contribute to ensuring that projects are carried out efficiently, professionally and in accordance with Bravida's standards.

You will become part of a strong service organization with a focus on supporting the region's contracting projects from A to Z. The role is ideal for you if you have previously worked as a project manager, project director or in a similar role within the contracting/construction industry and want to apply your experience across multiple projects.

In daily work you will work closely with project managers, project directors, subcontractors and customers, where you contribute with structure, coordination, follow-up and professional sparring. If you have experience in ventilation or electrical installations, that is an advantage, but the most important is your understanding of contracting projects and your ability to create momentum.

Your tasks will include

As a Project Supporter you will be a central part of the project organization and gain a broad touchpoint across projects.

• Support project managers and project directors throughout the entire project lifecycle
• Ensure follow-up on economy, quality assurance (KS) and project status
• Prepare and maintain schedules, weekly plans and other project tools
• Participate in and follow up on construction meetings as well as coordination with subcontractors
• Contribute to handling extra works, disputes and contractual matters
• Spar with the project organization about AB18, negotiation strategies and project-related challenges
• Support negotiations, including extensions of deadlines and construction site extensions
• Ensure systematic follow-up on both large and small tasks so nothing falls through the cracks

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who has solid experience from the contracting industry and who is motivated by creating structure, overview and momentum in complex projects.

You are known for being thorough, persistent and solution-oriented. At the same time you communicate clearly and professionally, both when collaborating with colleagues, customers and external partners.

We imagine that you have

• Experience as project manager, project director or similar within the construction or installation industry
• Familiarity with contracting projects and project management from A to Z
• Experience with scheduling, weekly plans and project follow-up
• Good understanding of financial management and quality assurance
• Familiarity with AB18 and contracting law matters
• Experience with negotiation and handling of extra works and disputes
• Preferably a background in ventilation, electrical or technical installations
