For our good client Reifenhaüser Lytzen ApS, SAM International is seeking a skilled Project Purchaser who, in close collaboration with sales, production and the company\'s project- & engineering department, must ensure that the projects succeed.

Lytzen was founded in 1947 by the Danish engineer Per Lytzen, and thus has more than 70 years of industry experience. Lytzen became part of the Reifenhäuser Group in June 2026, as a premier German family-owned company and global market leader - in the development and production of extrusion lines and components for plastic processing.

Reifenhaüser Group employs about 1700 people worldwide and has its headquarters in Germany.

Their core business is the design and manufacture of extrusion lines and precision components for the production of plastic film (blown film, cast film/sheet) and nonwovens. Reifenhaüser has a strong focus on sustainability and is specialized in technologies for the circular economy, enabling processing of 100% recycled materials, recyclable monomaterial packaging and biodegradable films.

Reifenhaüser Lytzen ApS is located on Dynamovej in Søborg.

The company develops and manufactures machines and hot-air ovens for advanced air- and heat-treatment within the pharmaceutical and plastics industry.

The position reports directly to the CEO Dennis Klindt.

THE POSITION

As a Project Purchaser, you will play an important key role in purchasing for the various customer-specific projects the company carries out for its customers within the plastic and Pharma segments.

You will be assigned an exciting role, where you are responsible for purchasing components, both for spare parts orders, specific productions and for Lytzen\'s warehouse.

Lytzen produces and delivers to customers worldwide, though the majority is in Denmark and Germany.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Requesting offers from primarily Danish suppliers, but also German and English
• Price negotiations on single agreements and framework agreements
• Discount agreements with suppliers such as Lemvig Müller, Solar, Brdr. Klee, Siemens etc.
• Intrastat reporting regarding turnover, etc.
• Handling spare parts orders in connection with shipment and booking of freight
• Follow-up with suppliers regarding orders and deliveries
• Handling complaints directed at suppliers
• Supplier evaluations for use in ISO 9001
• Collaboration with engineers/designers to locate new components with the right supplier

In addition, customer-facing tasks

• Handle incoming inquiries/orders for spare parts, service and support
• Issue quotes for spare parts with price and delivery time
• Send order confirmations with price and delivery time

CANDIDATE

As Project Purchaser at Reifenhaüser Lytzen, you will work with some highly skilled and competent colleagues, and will also gain contact with some of the largest companies in the pharmaceutical and plastics industries.

You have a relevant educational background, and we envision that you come from a technical project organization and have experience with technical purchasing. You thrive in a daily life with many internal and external contact points.

• You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
• Knowledge of MS Navision is an advantage
