Project and Order Coordinator

COORDINATOR WANTED FOR FALENGREEN A/S

Do you want to contribute to concept development and develop exciting products that attract interest from retail and foodservice? Would you like to work in a flat and dynamic organization where you are allowed to work independently on tasks? Then we are seeking a coordinator who can follow goods from idea to development and finished product.

The position will be a combination of packaging development and product setup together with order coordination, so we ensure that the goods move from producer to customer and all order flow along the way is followed.

We offer an exciting job as a coordinator, which involves broad shared responsibility for product development, namely concept development, packaging development, product setup and order coordination.

Examples of tasks

• Market research
• Supplier contact
• Structuring purchasing agreements.
• Packaging development.
• Project participation at the start-up and launch of new goods.
• Calculations.
• Sales and customer presentations.
• Order handling from customers
• Order handling with producers and carriers
• Diverse ad hoc tasks.

You will have a place in an office where we can offer skilled colleagues in purchasing, sales and marketing, and where the tone is straightforward and informal.

You will also be involved in the daily task solving in collaboration with the rest of the team around sales work, packaging development, quality assurance, marketing activities and coordinate projects with customers.

We expect that you

• have good project understanding and can follow projects through to completion
• have good structure
• have a good commercial understanding
• have plenty of go-getter attitude and good ideas
• are optimistic and see opportunities rather than limitations
• speak and write fluent English and very preferably German and/or French
• are proficient with IT, especially NAV/BusinessCentral and Excel
• are outgoing and with a sense of humor
• have strong numerical literacy and can independently process data for use in statistics, forecasting and optimization of the value chain

Moreover, it is important that you are engaged and eager to learn new things. That you are collaborative and can get things done across functions and thus thrive in a small team where everyone lends a hand and can see the benefits of it. If you have knowledge of retail, that is a plus. Likewise, we would welcome a candidate with knowledge of food. It could also be an advantage with a higher education in trade and purchasing.
