AMBIZZION is seeking, on behalf of Norconsult, a skilled and responsible multidisciplinary project manager and project director in Herlev. About the role

You will be responsible for driving larger construction projects from the early idea- and planning phases to execution and delivery. You will be able to maintain the big picture while keeping track of the details – and you will ensure that the projects are delivered on time, with the right quality and within budget.

You work closely with clients, contractors, consultants and authorities, and you are a clear and trustworthy collaborative partner who creates momentum and good relationships across stakeholders.

Your tasks

• Leadership and management of the design process from concept to delivery
• Preparation and follow-up on schedules, milestones and resources
• Financial management, budget tracking, forecasts and risk assessment
• Coordination between clients, contractors, consultants and authorities
• Contract management, procurement, bid evaluation and negotiations
• Proactive risk management and problem-solving in multidisciplinary projects
• Alignment of expectations and stakeholder management
• Ensuring deliverables with high professional quality

About you

You are an engineer with several years of experience in multidisciplinary project management – preferably from larger construction projects. You have in-depth knowledge of project economics, procurement and contract matters and you work routinely with AB18, ABR18 and ABT18.

You are a strong communicator who thrives on building relationships – with colleagues and external partners.

You are structured, detail-oriented and at the same time have a strong strategic overview. You possess natural authority and have strong collaboration skills across disciplines. You are independent, solution-oriented, robust under pressure and persistent in projects with many stakeholders and changing requirements.
