We indeed need a project manager / project coordinator who finds it natural and easy to drive detailed and complex processes forward. We are looking for you who also has some technical insight, and a certain understanding and curiosity about technology in general.

Your responsibilities will be

As a project manager you will be responsible for steering the projects safely from the first customer inquiry to

the final delivery. Your main tasks will be

• Project management with everything from planning, follow-up on time, progress and resources, coordination and contact with various stakeholders such as customers, production, purchasing and suppliers etc.
• Identification and handling of risks, delays and technical challenges.
• Ensuring that changes and deviations are documented, priced and agreed with the customer.
• Active quality management in the projects with a focus on improving processes and preventing errors.
• The position is not a traditional QA function.
• Preparation and quality assurance of technical descriptions, specifications and project documentation.
• Review of customer requirements, drawings and technical specifications.
• Preparation of offers, calculations and technical solution proposals.
• Follow-up on project budgets, time consumption and post-calculation.
• Fast and efficient handling of smaller orders and customer inquiries, where technical details and ambiguities must be clarified.
• Participation in ongoing improvement of the company’s project and work processes.

What we expect from you

• You come with a certain technical knowledge and insight. You must be able to operate in workshops, and

be good at communicating with technicians. It is therefore an advantage if you have previously

experience collaborating with highly technical profiles.

• It is a requirement that you speak and write English without problems; Danish is an advantage to have.
