Project Manager

DN Tømrer with headquarters in Kolding, is a well-established carpentry contractor with a strong position within larger residential and commercial construction. The company often acts as a fixed partner for the carpentry contract with a number of large construction companies. For a central role on Zealand, a Project Manager is now sought, who can take responsibility for own projects and ensure a professional delivery from start-up to handover.

Project Manager

As a Project Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the carpentry contract on the construction site. You will participate in construction meetings, handle client dialogue and ensure progress, quality and financial performance in the projects. You will work closely with the main contractor, other trade managers and your own people on site, and you will have a great degree of freedom to make decisions and optimize solutions along the way in the project.

Your profile

We expect that you have extensive experience in managing large carpentry tasks, where the trust in your decisions is high. You deliver on time and in the agreed quality, with a focus on maintaining good finances. Any adjustments are agreed quickly and smoothly and you are motivated by having the authority to make decisions on behalf of the company.

In the selection we will weigh

• Extensive experience as a project manager in the construction industry
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Documented strong collaboration skills
• Ability to oversee multiple concurrent activities
• Based on Zealand (the tasks are primarily in the Greater Copenhagen area and North Zealand)

We expect you to be a trained carpenter and to have a higher education as a building constructor, where you have both practical experience from the construction site and progressively have taken on larger assignments before you became a project manager. If you also have a project management qualification, that would be optimal.
