Job Description

In the role of Project Manager you will work with different types of contracts and projects. You are responsible for the whole of the projects and work closely with colleagues, customers and suppliers and are a key person in creating structure, clarity and progress in the projects. Travel in service may occur. Your tasks include:

• Planning of project execution and the associated budget
• Sourcing of services and materials
• Progress reporting to the unit manager and follow-up with the project group
• Delivery of relevant documentation in relation to the project

Qualifications

To succeed in the role we see that you have the following

• Several years of experience in project management
• Experience of contracting and building automation, preferably in combination with knowledge within HVAC, operation and maintenance, construction or project design
• Experience with financial follow-up via ERP systems
• Good contracting legal knowledge
• Fluent Swedish in speech and writing
• Driver's license B

Meritorious

• Experience working with control and monitoring
• Experience with D365

You are clear in your communication which helps you convey messages and create understanding in all situations. With your calm you handle challenges even in pressured situations. Furthermore you lead the work with colleagues and partners in an engaging and professional manner.
