Job description

Project Manager with digital understanding for Dagbladet Børsen

13 months maternity cover

Do you want to drive strategic and digital projects at Børsen?

We are looking for a structured and engaged project manager who can translate ideas and business needs into concrete solutions and ensure that decisions are followed through.

You will become part of the Brand Lead team, which drives strategic projects across Børsen. We are a central unit of four, working to make the customer experience with Børsen as good as possible across all our platforms.

We work data-driven and all projects we do in close collaboration with the editorial team, commercial stakeholders and Digital Development.

Our projects should make sense across the business and can range from audio and video initiatives to work with newsletters and dashboards. We help each other in the team, share our knowledge and emphasise that it should be fun to go to work.

We offer you

  • A diverse role with responsibility and the opportunity to put your own mark on the projects.
  • Close collaboration with the team and skilled colleagues across the organisation.
  • A varied daily life with both strategic and operational tasks.
  • Opportunity to develop your skills within project management and digital development.
  • A 13-month maternity cover with expected start 1 December.
  • Pension and health insurance.
  • Canteen scheme.

Your main tasks

  • Plan and drive projects from start-up to implementation
  • Create overview of deadlines, deliverables, resources and risks
  • Follow up on decisions and ensure that they are translated into action
  • Qualify business needs and prepare decision basis and product descriptions
  • Coordinate input and material from the organisation to Digital Development
  • Collaborate closely with developers and participate in relevant stand-ups
  • Facilitate project meetings and workshops
  • Communicate project status, results and challenges to stakeholders and management
  • Ensure that new solutions are anchored in the organisation.

Who are you?

You have experience with project management, preferably from digital projects, and are used to collaborating across disciplines and interests. You work in a structured way, take responsibility and follow up persistently.

You do not need to be a technical specialist, but you must have digital and technical understanding and be curious about how systems and digital solutions are developed.

We particularly emphasise that you

  • Can translate business needs into concrete project and product descriptions
  • Create structure, progress and a common direction
  • Thrive in collaboration with both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Communicate complex issues clearly and simply
  • Are independent, solution-oriented and good at bringing people with you
  • Master Danish and English at a professional level.

The position is a 13-month maternity cover with expected start 1 December. Salary depends on qualifications. You report to Børsen's Brand Lead, Mette Winkler.

Does that sound like you?

We look forward to hearing from you! Send your application and CV no later than 25. October, and the sooner the better. We review and invite to interviews on an ongoing basis.

If you have questions, please write or call with questions at [email protected] or tel: 31743580.

We have many benefits

  • Flexible working hours and the possibility of remote work
  • Central location near Kongens Have (5 minutes' walk from Nørreport)
  • Canteen and fruit scheme
  • Gym, Pilates classes, table tennis
