Property Service Technician

At Fejekosten we are looking for a property service technician, who is passionate about creating value for customers and ensuring that their properties always look in top shape.

Profile and qualifications

• Experience from similar work, e.g. as a craftsman, property service technician, janitor or handyman
• Good collaboration skills and the ability to communicate professionally with colleagues, customers and external contractors
• Supervision and operation of technical installations (caretaker tasks)
• Responsibility for a number of properties in a newly built area
• Stable, responsible and proactive with a positive attitude
• Independent and proactive in solving tasks
• Good at troubleshooting and problem solving
• Speaks and understands Danish and English
• Driving license B
• IT understanding (we use e-mail, the Office suite and our own CMS system)

Your tasks

• Daily operations. Care and maintenance of properties (also in newly built areas)
• Small repairs inside/outside and gardening
• Ongoing quality control and rectification of faults and deficiencies
• Procurement and coordination of craftsmen, follow-up on their work
