Q Specialist / Q Engineer for LJM – Lind Jensen in Højmark

On behalf of LJM, Career | a JKS company is seeking a Q-Specialist/Q-Engineer who will help strengthen and further develop quality work across the organization – from daily operations to projects and customer collaboration.

About the position

As a Q-Specialist/Q-Engineer at LJM you will have a versatile role, where you work both operationally and project-oriented with quality. You will become an important sparring partner internally in the organization and actively participate in collaboration with both customers and subcontractors, as well as actively contribute to maintenance and development of LJMs quality foundation and management system.

You report to the Quality Manager and will have an important role in the company’s quality assurance, contributing to maintaining and developing a high level of quality that supports the company’s continued growth and strong position in the market.

Your primary tasks

• Drive and participate in quality activities in projects (including APQP4Wind, VDA 6.3 and 6.5) with a focus on product and process quality
• Prepare and maintain quality-technical documentation (PPAP, PFMEA, 8D, certificates, etc.)
• Participate in project and product meetings as well as collaborate with customers and suppliers
• Provide quality-technical sparring and troubleshooting and function as a sparring partner on Q projects
• Support audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 45001) and contribute to continuous improvements and implementation of quality initiatives

About you

There may be several entry paths to the position – you may be educated as an engineer, a machine engineer (maskinmester), a production technologist, or have another relevant technical background.

The most important is that you

• Have solid experience with quality work in a manufacturing company, preferably within the metal industry, machinery production or hydraulics
• Have knowledge of quality systems and audits (preferably ISO 9001, 14001, 45001)
• Have worked with quality tools such as PPAP, FMEA and 8D
• Have understanding of APQP4Wind and preferably experience in the wind industry
• Work in a structured and independent manner – but thrive in cross-functional collaboration
• Are technically curious and motivated by finding solutions
• Master English in writing and speaking
