QHSE Coordinator for Stoko Plast A/S

At Stoko Plast we do not need quality systems for the sake of systems. We need solutions that work in everyday life, and that make it easier to do things right.

Therefore we are looking for an experienced QHSE Coordinator who can keep our work with quality, environment and occupational health and safety together – and at the same time have a solid footing in daily operations.

You will work closely with both production and administration and will have a role where you must be able to handle requirements, documentation and audits while also understanding the practical challenges that arise along the way.

Who are we?

Stoko Plast is a manufacturing company that delivers plastic solutions to, among others, the automotive and interior industry . We collaborate with both Danish and international customers, and much of what we do is based on concrete customer requirements. Therefore quality, traceability, documentation and delivery reliability naturally occupy our daily life.

We are not a large organization with long command chains. With us there is a short path from idea to action, and people work closely across functions. It also means that QHSE is not something that takes place on the side of operations – it must function in the middle of it.

Your tasks

You will among other things work with

• maintenance and development of our management systems according to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• internal and external audits
• deviations, complaints and corrective actions
• customer and supplier requirements
• environmental data, climate accounts and other relevant reporting
• occupational health and safety related tasks, including chemical risk assessments
• procedures, instructions and other documentation
• continuous improvements in close collaboration with production and administration

You will be a natural link between external requirements and the way we work internally. That means you must be able to create structure, follow up and ensure progress – without making things more complicated than necessary.

We expect that you

• have experience from a similar quality, environmental or QHSE related position – preferably from a manufacturing company
• have practical experience with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001
• work in a structured way and are good at following up
• can translate requirements and standards into solutions that work in practice
• can communicate clearly and at eye level with the person you are dealing with – whether it is a colleague in production, a customer, a supplier or an external auditor
• can communicate professionally in English, both spoken and written.

Knowledge of or experience with IPW is an advantage.

For us it is important that the systems support everyday life – not the other way around . We are therefore not looking for someone who can recite the standards by heart, but someone who can use them sensibly and make them work in a company where reality does not always fit perfectly into a template.

The practical

We envisage as a starting point a position of 30–37 hours per week , but the most important thing for us is to find the right candidate. Therefore we are also open to agreeing on somewhat lower hours if that is the right match.

We offer salary according to qualifications as well as pension scheme and health insurance . In addition, we have an active staff association which regularly arranges social activities for employees.

The workplace is at Stoko Plast A/S in Lem St. in Ringkøbing-Skjern Municipality .

Starting date is as soon as possible or by agreement .
