You work closely with your colleagues, but also take independent responsibility for tasks. It should be natural for you to be surrounded by people when you perform your work.

For all employees it applies that regardless of what you are primarily hired to do, you must be prepared to perform the tasks that are needed across the other teams you accompany.

The working hours are arranged in a flexible working time agreement of 37 hours per week excluding lunch. You can, however, expect that the primary working hours are on weekdays between 07:00 – 15:30.

Responsibilities

  • Normal preventive maintenance of our buildings as well as urgent craft tasks
  • Craft tasks at schools, kindergartens, etc.
  • Light administrative tasks, e.g., use of FM system (Dalux), Outlook or similar

Your qualifications

  • You are service-minded and engaged
  • It is essential that you can work independently, and have experience planning and carrying out your tasks, both independently and in collaboration with colleagues
  • You have a positive attitude and are flexible regarding your tasks
  • You are willing to take on different tasks, can adapt to changes, and always strive to deliver the best possible result
  • You have experience in operation and maintenance
  • You have a valid driving license category B, preferably BE

The job

You will be employed in the Center for City and Sustainability, where we are about 85 employees. You will join the Department of Operations and Facilities, where you will be part of 34 fantastic and engaged colleagues, of whom 19 are technical service staff distributed across 6 teams, as well as 15 administrative staff and project managers who sit physically at the Town Hall.

Salary

You will be employed as a technical service employee (craftsperson) under the applicable collective agreement.

Salary is determined based on qualifications and experience, and after negotiation with the negotiating organisation.

We envisage an annual salary level between DKK 310,000 – 400,000 excluding pension, depending on education and documented relevant experience.
