At KH OneStop in Brøndby, we are incredibly busy in the warehouse. We are therefore seeking a skilled, organized and service-minded trained warehouse assistant who thrives in a dynamic everyday life with many balls in the air. You will become an indispensable part of the daily operations, ensuring that spare parts are in stock, customers receive good service, and the warehouse runs optimally.

Your role and daily life with us

You report directly to the department manager and work closely with the other colleagues in the warehouse. Your day will be exciting and varied with a good mix of customer contact, administrative work and physical warehouse handling. You ensure, among other things, that missing spare parts are ordered in and noted on ongoing tasks. You handle administrative tasks such as preparing invoices.

Your concrete work tasks

• Receipt of spare parts.
• Assistance with posting and handling of warehouse invoices in our invoicing management system.
• Handling of spare parts warranty cases and complaints, so these are ready for invoicing.
• Order handling from start to finish as well as help with customer reception and bookings of work.

Who are you?

You are a trained warehouse assistant and have solid experience from a spare parts warehouse – preferably within the auto, heavy vehicle or trailer industry. You have a flexible approach to problem solving, and routine tasks are handled efficiently with attention to detail and a focus on a good result.
