Quality Assistant for the Laboratory

Aage Vestergaard Larsen A/S is seeking a quality-conscious colleague for 15 hours per week.

Do you have experience with plastics, laboratory work or quality control – and do you want to work part-time? Then maybe you are the one we are looking for.

Aage Vestergaard Larsen A/S processes plastic waste into a new recyclable plastic raw material. We have a strong focus on quality and are certified according to ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015.

Your tasks

You will become part of the daily quality work in our laboratory and report to the Quality Manager.

Your tasks will include

• perform various tests, e.g., tensile tests, sieve tests, MFI, DSC and FTIR
• record test results in the IT system
• contribute to the daily quality control
• collaborate with colleagues across the company

You will have an independent role with good opportunities to plan your own tasks.

We are looking for someone who

• works in a structured, thorough and quality-conscious manner
• can work independently while being a good colleague
• is responsible and has a sense of order
• has an aptitude for IT and knowledge of Microsoft Office
• can communicate in Danish and English

It is an advantage if you are, for example, a laboratory technician with experience in plastics . But other relevant work experience can also be a good background.

A part-time position with room for your skills

The position is for 15 hours per week , normally distributed over 2 days .
