Quality Assurance Specialist

At VID FIRE-KILL we are seeking a structured and quality-conscious Quality Assurance Specialist , who will play a central role in maintaining and developing our quality and environmental management system. You will be a key person in the work with audits, deviation handling, document control and continuous improvements across the organization.

Your primary areas of responsibility

Quality management and document control

• Maintain and develop QMS documentation and process descriptions.
• Support the implementation of new procedures, instructions and forms.
• Participate in the future implementation of a new QMS platform.

Audit and certification

• Plan, conduct and follow up on internal audits.
• Ensure effective handling and closure of audit findings.
• Coordinate external audits and certification activities.

Deviations and improvement work

• Drive the process for internal deviations and improvement initiatives.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Ensure implementation of Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).
• Verify the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions.
• Actively contribute to developing and streamlining the company's internal processes.

Calibration and compliance

• Have overall responsibility for the company's calibration program.
• Ensure planning, coordination and follow-up on calibration activities.

Environment and sustainability

• Support the company's environmental management system.
• Stay up-to-date with developments in environmental legislation and ensure compliance.
• Coordinate waste management and environmental reporting.
• Prepare environmental statements and support environmentally beneficial initiatives.

Cross-functional support and projects

• Support process work and documentation in other departments.
• Support Projects with:
• FAT documentation
• Work instructions
• Forms
• Measurement reports
• Handle updates and changes to labeling and identification drawings.

We imagine you

• Have experience from a similar QA, QMS or quality function.
• Have practical experience with ISO 9001, and preferably also ISO 14001.
• Have experience with conducting audits and deviation handling.
• Have knowledge of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA processes.
• Work in a structured manner and are strong in documentation.
• Can collaborate across the organization and drive progress.
• Communicate professionally in both Danish and English.

It would be an advantage if you have experience from a production, project or industrial company.
