Do you have an eye for detail and an interest in food legislation? Do you want to ensure that products, packaging and specifications meet the requirements from customers and authorities?

Danpo is seeking a structured specialist for work with food legislation, product information, labeling and customer requirements.

As regulatory manager you will be an important part of ensuring that products across our factories in Denmark – both processed and raw products – comply with applicable law. You will have a central role across the organization and work closely with production, sales, product development and customers.

You will, among other things, have responsibility for

· Keep yourself updated on food legislation and communicate relevant changes to the organization.

· Manage regulatory export requirements

· Prepare ingredient lists and calculate nutritional values

· Proofread and approve new packaging

· Maintain product and packaging specifications

· Prepare product specifications for Danish and international customers

· Complete customer specifications and questionnaires

· Collaborate with product development and sales on customer inquiries and quality-related questions.

You will be a good fit for the role if you

· have experience in the food industry and are professionally curious and eager to learn

· work solution-oriented, take ownership and drive your tasks independently

· communicate openly, constructively and with confidence across the organization.

· have a sharp eye for detail and the courage to point out matters that require attention or action.

· can communicate in writing and verbally in Danish and English

· have a relevant education in foods (chemistry, microbiology, process technology or similar).

The position has no personnel management responsibility, but with clear professional responsibility and broad contact across the organization. The workplace is Danpo in Aars, and you report to the Quality Manager Raw.
