As part of the ongoing development of our organisation we are creating yet another position as Quality Engineer. Therefore we are seeking an engaged and ambitious colleague who is motivated by translating quality into concrete results and creating improvements that can be felt in everyday life.

Make your mark on the quality work of the future

As a Quality Engineer you will play a central role in developing, maintaining and strengthening our quality management system. You will be the link between processes, people and systems and will have wide contact across the organisation.

You will help ensure that our Quality Management System functions optimally and supports both the business goals and customers' requirements. At the same time you will be responsible for following up on audits, quality activities and improvement initiatives, so we maintain a high standard and continue our development.

You ensure that quality documentation is regularly reviewed, maintained and updated. You follow up on activities and action plans from audits and support the organisation in turning improvement opportunities into concrete results, for example through training and teaching colleagues, which over time can become part of the job.

As a superuser of our QMS system you will be the natural sparring partner for colleagues and managers who need guidance and support in the daily use of the system. You will also have a central role in facilitating and supporting the use of APQP4WIND tools as well as helping strengthen the quality culture across the organization.

Who are you?

You thrive with responsibility, work in a structured way and have a natural focus on quality and improvements. You can dive into details while maintaining an overview of the bigger contexts.

In addition we envision that you

• Have experience with quality management and quality management systems.
• Have knowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes.
• Preferably have experience with APQP4WIND or similar quality tools.
• Have knowledge of methods such as 8D, VSM and systematic problem solving.
• Are strong in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Communicate fluently in Danish and English, both spoken and written.
• Are able to collaborate with employees and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Are willing to challenge existing processes and identify new improvement opportunities.
