In 2026 agriculture experiences a significant technological and sustainable transition, where precision, digitization and environmental considerations are truly in focus. As our upcoming Quality Manager you will have a key role in ensuring this is reflected in HARDI International's quality efforts.

We are seeking an engaged and process-oriented Quality Manager who can lead and further develop our quality efforts across production and aftersales. The role is central to ensuring continuous improvements, compliance with standards and a strong quality culture throughout the organization.

You will be a key person in ensuring that our products and processes meet the highest standards – both internally and externally – and you will have the opportunity to influence the development of future quality work in an international context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the quality function in Denmark, including 2 direct reports.
• Development and maintenance of quality management systems and procedures.
• Coordination of quality initiatives and KPI structures across the organization.
• Preparation of quality reports based on already available information (weekly and monthly) to management.
• Responsible for supplier quality, including shipping, documentation and audits.
• Conduct internal and external audits.
• Handling of customer and supplier claims (IQA, PDI).
• Implementation of quality coordinators and the 8D model.
• Lead change management activities with a focus on quality.
• Collaboration with quality colleagues in Australia and North America for global standardization.

• Establish and anchor a quality culture across the organization.
• Actively contribute to digitalization of quality work and implementation of digital workflows.
• Be an active sparring partner for production and aftersales.
• Support data-driven decision making and future product development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, production or similar.
• Documented experience as Quality Manager, Production Specialist, LEAN specialist or change management specialist.
• Fluent Danish and English in writing and speech.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Dynamics AX.
• Knowledge of quality systems and digitalization of quality initiatives.
