Rathlouskolen is seeking 2 staff for SFO, club and Mini Rathlou.

Our permanent pedagogical assistant has been granted educational leave, and we are therefore looking for two staff to cover his position, as we also want to strengthen our club offering here and now.

In total we aim to cover about 40-45 hours with two new good colleagues. The employment can be flexible in terms of time distribution - depending on skills and opportunities. The positions will initially be temporary until 30 June 2027.

At Rathlouskolen there is room for both play, immersion, movement, laughter and good conversations. We are looking for someone who meets the children with warmth and presence, and who wants to be an important part of their everyday life.

The two positions should cover

• SFO for children in grades 0-3
• Club Rathlou for children in grades 4-5
• Mini Rathlou, starting April 1, where 40 kindergarten children become part of our community
• Development of Klub Rathlou - cool activities after school and in the evenings for 5th to 6th grade
• Resource hours in the school for the year groups where you build relationships

Tasks will be distributed based on the children's needs and your competences.

• be proactive, independent and good at turning ideas into action
• thrive with collaboration and contribute positively in dialogue with children, parents and colleagues
• want to learn new things and develop yourself together with us
• can take opening and closing shifts a couple of times a week
• want to build bridges between school and after-school care
• experience as a support teacher/resource teacher in general education
• have interest and knowledge of special pedagogical approaches in leisure-time pedagogy

You are welcome to have relevant experience and competences. The most important thing is that you are passionate about working with children and want to make a difference
