Are you the type who would rather carry a football under your arm than sit behind a desk? Do you believe that strong relationships are created through shared experiences, activity and presence? Then perhaps you are the person we are looking for to our team at Nordkraft.

We are primarily looking for the right person. A pedagogical education is an advantage, but experience, personality and other relevant competences can be just as valuable. As part of the team around six placed youths aged 12-18 you will have an active role in creating well-being, relationships and development. We are looking for an adult who not only wants to support the youths but also wants to participate in activities, play and movement with them and help create an active everyday life.

Movement as a path to development

At Nordkraft we deliberately work to create a daily life where the youths receive positive experiences. Many of our youths need support to get started, find motivation and experience joy.

We are looking for a pedagogue who wants to be a teammate rather than a spectator. This can be through activities in the house, e.g., board games, pool, table football or in the garden, where we have a fire, soccer, volleyball and other games. We have bicycles available and live close to the fjord, Lille Vildmose and fields around us. Activities can also include cooking, baking cookies, making beads, drawing/painting or experiences outside the house.

You do not need to be an elite performer in any form of sport, cooking or creative activities. The most important is that you have energy, commitment and a desire to participate yourself and to be the driving force for making it happen.

A small Children and Youth Home with strong relationships

Nordkraft is normed to six youths, which allows close work with each individual. We believe that development occurs through secure relationships, clear adults and a daily life with presence. You can read more about the target group on our website.

Working hours

• Full-time position
