A diverse working day

You become an important part of creating cohesive and dignified citizen journeys in close collaboration with the citizen, relatives and your interdisciplinary colleagues.

Your daily routine includes, among other things, clinical assessments, planned and acute nursing care, coordination of complex processes and follow-up on changes in the citizen's condition.

You actively participate in daily planning and triage at our board meetings and contribute with your nursing expertise in the interdisciplinary collaboration.

You document your observations, assessments and professional reflections, so that together we ensure quality and continuity in the citizen's process.

No two days are the same, and you have a great opportunity to use both your independence and your professional judgment.

The practical

• Primarily day shifts
• Few evening shifts
• Work every 4th weekend
• Hourly rates by agreement
• A driving license is required as we use a car for, among other things, evening shifts and handling emergency calls
• Employment according to current collective agreement
