A diverse workday

You will become an important part of creating cohesive and dignified citizen trajectories in close collaboration with the citizen, relatives and your multidisciplinary colleagues.

Your daily life includes, among other things, clinical assessments, planned and acute nursing care, coordination of complex processes and follow-up on changes in the citizen's condition.

You actively participate in daily planning and triage at our board meetings and contribute your nursing expertise to the multidisciplinary collaboration.

You document your observations, assessments and professional reflections so that we together ensure quality and continuity in the citizen's course.

No two days are the same, and you have a great opportunity to use both your independence and your professional judgment.

The practical

• Primarily day shifts
• Few evening shifts
• Work every 4th weekend
• Hours by agreement
• A driving license is required as we use a car, for example for evening shifts and responding to emergency calls
• Employment according to applicable collective agreement
