The shift starts with a joint meeting regarding the shift's course. Handover from night shift. Then the shift's practical tasks with residents – it includes activities, meals, bathing and getting the day ready. There are often events for the residents that staff also participate in.

There are various projects at the care centre, and you are expected to participate actively. The projects help to create a better quality of life for the residents.

You will be part of a care centre where professionalism, knowledge and development are a natural part of your everyday life. You will help maintain the good results we have achieved, which can be seen through municipal supervision and the Veterinary Inspectorate as well as a wellbeing survey.

We are currently seeking a social- and health care assistant for Department B1. The position is 37 hours per week, with work every second weekend on even weeks.

In our departments there is room for 19 residents distributed over 2 shifts.

We have 6 departments consisting of somatic, dementia and acute/temporary places.

We work from a rehabilitative approach and place great emphasis on care and support based on the individual resident's wishes and needs.

In daily work we work with operating rules, where we as a team collaboratively develop daily "rules" to be able to live together. Your good mood and contagious job satisfaction help to create a good collaboration in your team.
