• Conduct assessments of properties and advise sellers on sale possibilities
• Drive and develop your own portfolio of housing cases
• Plan and hold viewings and open house events
• Negotiate purchase agreements and ensure a professional completion of the sales process
• Build and maintain relationships with customers and local partners
• Contribute to proactive sales activities and creation of new leads

Faglige Kvalifikationer

• You are a licensed real estate agent, trainee, property dealer or have relevant experience in the industry
• You have experience with customer contact, sales or advisory
• You can build trust and create long-term customer relationships
• You work in a structured way and follow your cases through to the end
• You are comfortable with proactive outreach and sales activities
• You communicate professionally both verbally and in writing
• You hold a category B driving license
