Receptionist for evening and night shifts sought at A Place To Hotel, Esbjerg

Are you the type who thrives when the calm settles and the city sleeps? Do you want to be the safe and approachable face our guests meet in the late evening hours and at night? Then we may have the job for you.

We are seeking an engaged and responsible evening and night porter for our reception team at approximately 60 hours per month. The position suits you who can maintain an overview when there is calm at the hotel, provide a high level of service and take pride in giving our guests a good and safe experience, regardless of the time of day.

The job includes, among other things, the following tasks

• Check guests in and out with a smile
• Respond to emails and calls, handle bookings and assist our guests
• Handle inquiries and unforeseen situations with professionalism
• Administrative reception duties
• Ensure calm, safety and an overview at the hotel during the night hours

Your working hours will primarily be between 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM and will be spread over all days of the week, including every other weekend and holidays.
