About the job
Are you curious about people? Do you thrive in dialogue with both candidates and leaders? And are you motivated by creating good and effective recruitment processes together with leaders?
You will become an important sparring partner for our leaders when you assist with attracting, evaluating and hiring the candidates who will help build the future energy system. You don’t need to come from a classic recruitment role – perhaps you have worked with recruitment as part of an HR role or have otherwise built experience with finding and matching people with the right job opportunities.
Become part of a dedicated HR community
At the office in Fredericia, you will become part of an HR organization that comprises 35 colleagues who work with cross-functional and business-supporting HR activities in close cooperation with the business. The job is anchored in the Recruitment and Support department, where you become part of a dedicated and self-driven recruitment team consisting of four recruitment partners and one recruitment consultant. Each recruitment partner has their own focused business responsibility and coordinates the recruitment in close collaboration with the unit’s HR Business Partner.
We work with established processes and tools that create quality and consistency in our recruitments, which also makes it possible for us to handle a high level of recruitment activity. At the same time, there is room to challenge the status quo and contribute with new ideas when something can be done better.
“What I especially want to highlight about the team is our close collaboration and our willingness to constantly develop. We work with people every single day, and therefore curiosity, relationships and good sparring are central elements in the job,” says Senior Manager, Signe Lauritzen.
Business-oriented recruitment with focus on a good candidate experience
You will have an important role in ensuring that we together attract and hire the right employees for our various business areas. You work across the organization and have close collaboration primarily with recruiting managers.
Primary tasks include
- Manage the recruitment process from needs assessment and advertisement production to interviews and contract ordering. As a recruitment consultant you usually participate in the 2nd interview, where you among other things facilitate the discussion about candidate profile and logical tests
- Deliver results in close collaboration with the hiring manager in a setup where you are supported by good systems and processes
- Contribute to developing and implementing recruitment tools and methods that ensure an efficient, professional and diverse recruitment
You should expect 3-5 travel days per month to our location in Ballerup for interviews.
You thrive with a high degree of structure and well-established processes
You have a relevant education in HR, communications or similar, and you have a few years of experience working with recruitment as part of your portfolio. At the same time you have experience bringing results from test and profile tools into play in a good and value-adding way in dialogue with candidates and sparring with leaders. In addition, experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is positively valued – but if you don’t have it, we will help you with that part.
As a person you are open, approachable and take shared goals into account. You have a structured and result-oriented approach to your work, and you can handle several recruitment tasks in parallel without compromising quality. You have good communication and collaboration skills that enable you to build trusting relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
Do you want to help make a difference together with us?
We look forward to receiving your motivated application and CV no later than 25 October.
Set aside a couple of tentative dates in your calendar: 2 November for the first online interview, and 9 November for the second interview in Fredericia.
If you have questions about the job, you are welcome to contact Senior Manager, Signe Lauritzen at tel. +45 2233 0887 (not available in week 42).
Special considerations: As Energinet solves society-critical tasks, we conduct a background check before employment. It is a condition of employment that your background check is compatible with employment at Energinet. The background check is conducted once a year as well.
