Recruitment Djursland is seeking an independent and proactive recruitment consultant for Funen and Southern Jutland.

The position is ideal for you who today work as an appointment setter, telesales representative or sales consultant and would like to develop in recruitment and relationship-based sales.

You do not need to have experience in recruitment. We provide systems, tools, training and ongoing support.

About the position

As a recruitment consultant you will be responsible for developing Recruitment Djursland's activities on Funen and in Southern Jutland.

You will contact companies, book meetings, assess their needs and build long-term customer relationships. You will also be trained to find, screen and present candidates, so that you can eventually handle the entire recruitment process.

You will have independent responsibility for the area with support from the office in Allingåbro. We assist with the necessary systems, tools, candidate search, advertising and administration.

Your tasks

• Telephone appointment booking and proactive sales
• Canvassing of companies on Funen and in Southern Jutland
• Follow-up on leads and previous contacts
• Customer meetings and identifying recruitment needs
• Building and maintaining a customer portfolio
• Drafting job postings
• Searching and screening candidates
• Telephone interviews and candidate assessment
• Presentation of candidates to companies
• Follow-up with both customers and candidates
• Development of Recruitment Djursland's local network and visibility

We imagine that you

• Have experience as an appointment setter, telesales representative or sales consultant
• Are comfortable with canvassing and proactive client contact
• Can generate interest and book meetings over the phone
• Are persistent and consistently follow up
• Work in a structured and independent manner
• Want to learn the recruitment profession
• Are good at building trust and long-term relationships
• Preferably have knowledge of companies on Funen or in Southern Jutland
• Speak and write Danish at a good level
• Have a driving license and the ability to visit companies in the area

Employment terms

This is a regular employee position at Recruitment Djursland with responsibility for Funen and Southern Jutland.

The position does not involve any requirement for a personal CVR number, investment, startup payment or any other upfront payment from the employee.

You will have independent responsibility for the area, but you will be employed by Recruitment Djursland and will have access to our systems, tools, candidate search and ongoing support.

Salary and other terms of employment are agreed based on your experience and the specific role.
