Recruitment Consultant for Northern Jutland

Are you a skilled meeting booker or telemarketer who is ready for more responsibility and the opportunity to build a geographical area?

Rekruttering Djursland is seeking an independent and proactive recruitment consultant for Northern Jutland.

You may have experience with meeting booking, telemarketing, canvassing, customer service or other proactive customer contact. Experience with recruitment is an advantage but not a requirement.

The key is that you can create a good dialogue with companies, book meetings and build long-term customer relationships.

Rekruttering Djursland is a growing recruitment company with its head office in Allingåbro and consultants in several parts of Denmark.

We help companies find the right employees – especially in production, metal, construction, engineering, warehousing, transport, mechanics and office.

Our approach is personal and practical. We work closely with both companies and candidates and place emphasis on quality, local understanding and long-term relationships.

About the position

As a recruitment consultant you will become Rekruttering Djursland’s local representative in Northern Jutland.

Your first task will be to contact companies, book meetings and assess their need for employees. You will also build and develop a client portfolio in the area.

When a company has a need for new employees, you follow the assignment through. You will be trained in preparing job advertisements, finding candidates, conducting interviews and presenting the right profiles to the company.

You will have great freedom to plan your workday, but you are not alone. We help with, among other things, candidate search, advertising, systems, administration and ongoing sparring.

Your tasks

• Telephone meeting booking and canvassing
• Proactive contact with companies in Northern Jutland
• Follow-up on leads and customer contacts
• Customer meetings and assessment of companies’ needs
• Building and maintaining a client portfolio
• Preparation of job advertisements
• Searching and screening candidates
• Telephone candidate conversations and interviews
• Presentation of candidates to companies
• Follow-up throughout the recruitment process
• Development of Rekruttering Djursland’s local network and visibility

We envision that you

• Have experience with meeting booking, telemarketing, canvassing or customer contact
• Are strong on the phone and can generate interest among companies
• Are persistent and motivated by delivering results
• Can structure your workday and work independently
• Want to learn the recruitment profession
• Are credible and good at building relationships
• Preferably have knowledge of businesses in Northern Jutland
• Speak and write Danish at a good level
• Have a driver's license and the ability to visit companies in the area

Employment terms

It is a regular employee position at Rekruttering Djursland with responsibility for Northern Jutland.

The position is not tied to a requirement for your own CVR number, investments, startup fees or other upfront payments from the employee.

You get the possibility to work independently with your geographic area, but you are employed by Rekruttering Djursland and have access to the necessary systems, tools and ongoing support.

Salary and other terms of employment are agreed based on your experience and the concrete role.
